HiOpz provides AI-powered call answering and lead engagement services for small and medium businesses.
We aim to ensure all calls and enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently using artificial intelligence technology.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Use of the Services

By using HiOpz, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information when setting up your account.

Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the operation of the AI system or related software.

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Fees and Payment

HiOpz operates on a subscription model.

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may adjust our prices with at least 30 days’ written notice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your Service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Downtime, maintenance, or system updates may occur from time to time.

HiOpz is not responsible for losses arising from temporary unavailability or third-party communication failures (such as phone line or internet outages).

7. Limitation of Liability

HiOpz provides its Services on an “as is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our Services;

Any indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services during the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your HiOpz subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice by emailing [email protected].
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the HiOpz website, AI technology, and content remain the property of HiOpz or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your own business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
